Our webhosting plans are un-managed. You will have access to our support ticket system, live-chat, and telephone support . We ask that all support requests try to use the support system whenever possible for tracking and also total issue resolution. Our webhosting packages are for those that have a firm understanding of hosting and cPanel, we utilize the cPanel control panel for our hosting.
